3rd Grade
What we are doing this year.
Students will continue learning music elements and display their knowledge and talents at the Christmas Pageant. Later in the year, Third Grade will work with recorders and play several songs.
Solfege Handsigns
Students will write and improvise music with Solfege.
Recorders
Students will learn (and continue to learn) how to play several songs on the recorder.
In May, the fourth graders will join the fifth graders at the Kauffman Center to perform with other schools and the orchestra. More information later. Until then, all students need to bring their recorders back to school.
Christmas Pageant
Students perform with other grade levels for Curé's Christmas Pageant. More details to come!
